System Upgrade – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Why is the Kravis Center changing ticketing systems?
We’re excited to share that we have been working diligently to implement a new ticketing, membership and online order system that will improve your interactions with the Kravis Center. This change will provide you with a more seamless and efficient ticketing process, offering additional features and improved functionality.
What are some benefits of the new system?
The new system will bring several benefits, including:
–Enhanced User Experience: Enjoy a more intuitive and user-friendly interface for purchasing tickets online or in person.
–Faster Checkout Process: Experience quicker transactions and reduced wait times when securing your seats for our incredible performances.
–Mobile-Friendly Access: Option to receive your tickets digitally, allowing easy access from your mobile device and convenient entry to our events.

How do I access my account online?
Do I need to resubscribe to the Kravis Newsletter now that the ticketing system has changed?
Contact preferences for existing accountholders will migrate to the new system. Visit https://www.kravis.org/account to login, reset your password and update your account details.
I have already purchased tickets. Are they still valid?
Yes. All ticket orders made prior to the system upgrade will remain valid.
How will I receive my tickets in the new system?
Available options include Email Tickets (default method), USPS Mail (if ordered more than 10 business days prior to the performance) and Will Call at no additional charge. FedEx Standard One Day delivery is also available for an additional $40 per order.
Can I still purchase tickets over the phone in the new system?
Absolutely! Once we have transitioned to the new system, our customer service representatives are available to assist you by phone at 561.832.7469 Monday-Saturday from 12pm-5pm. The Box Office is closed on Sundays unless there is a performance – we open two hours prior to the performance time.
Will my seating priority / donor level change?
Your donor level will be the same in our new system. Seating priority is based on level of commitment. Visit https://www.kravis.org/account to login, reset your password and update your account details.
I don’t know my old account number. How do I make sure I’m ordering in the correct account?
Your account login is your email address. When accessing the new system for the first time, you will need to update your account. Visit https://www.kravis.org/account to login, reset your password and update your account details. Please note, you will be automatically assigned a new account number in the new ticketing system.
Will ticket fees change in the new system?
Currently there are no changes to ticketing fees. A processing fee of 15% of the total purchase is applied to all phone and web orders. There is no processing fee for purchases made at the Box Office window. Some exclusions apply such as for subscription packages.
Why am I being charged a processing fee?
The Kravis Center is a nonprofit organization, and we operate our own on-site box office and call center. Ticket processing fees help cover the costs of keeping our operation running including staff, hardware, maintenance, software, and licensing. Some organizations build a fee into the ticket price, but Kravis Center keeps this separate. Much of the event ticket revenue goes towards production expenses for the various presenting organizations, touring companies and artists.
What is the current processing fee?
The current ticket processing fee is 15% per order for all ticket purchases made on kravis.org or by calling the Kravis Center Box Office at 561.832.7469. This fee is not charged on most in-person purchases made at the Kravis Center Box Office window.
Are ticket prices changing because of the new system?
The new ticketing system will not cause prices to change. Ticket prices are set by individual events and can vary based on the production. All prices and details are subject to change. Be sure to check specific event pages for the most up-to-date information.
Will payment plans still be available for my subscription?
Yes! For your convenience you may purchase Kravis On Broadway and Kravis Classical Concert Series subscriptions using our 3-month payment plans. This gives you the ability to spread out payments over 3 months in 3 installments.
Can I still buy a gift certificate?
Yes! You will experience a different online layout for purchasing Gift Certificates. Online orders require a valid email address for the purchaser’s account. Purchases can also be made by phone or at the box office. Gift Certificates of any amount can be mailed to the recipient or purchaser. Gift Certificates never expire.
Can I renew my subscription / membership online?
Yes! We will notify you when it’s time to renew. Just make sure you can login to your account using your primary email address. Visit https://www.kravis.org/account to login, reset your password and update your account with us.

Additional Policies
Ticket Limits
In order to keep tickets in the hands of Kravis Center fans and out of the hands of ticket resellers, there are limits on the number of tickets a customer can purchase and each show operates a little differently. This will be noted in the show pages and before adding tickets to cart on the website. Please adhere to ticket limits as orders exceeding limits may be cancelled at the discretion of the Kravis Center and/or Presenter without notice.
Refunds & Exchanges
Kravis Center policy prohibits refunds and exchanges on all tickets. All sales are final. If you are unable to use tickets for Kravis Center presentations, excluding Kravis On Broadway, you may donate them to the Kravis Center’s annual fund as a tax-deductible contribution, provided they are returned to the Box Office at least 48 hours in advance of the performance.
Tickets for Kravis On Broadway presentations, although contract requirements restrict us from accepting them as tax-deductible contributions, can be exchanged for another performance of the same show, if they are available. Return your tickets to the Box Office prior to the opening night of the show.
Our Younger Guests
To ensure the enjoyment and comfort of all of our guests, we strongly recommend that children under the age of 5 only attend shows that are a part of our Family Fare Series and those that are designated as toddler friendly.
We encourage parents and guardians to seek additional information about any performance before purchasing tickets for younger children. Although considered to be family friendly, many shows contain mature content, language or themes and will not be enjoyable or suitable. Parents are best qualified to determine what is appropriate for their children. If you have any questions about a particular show, please email us at boxoffice@kravis.org and we would be happy to try and assist you.
We do ask that you consider your child’s interests, maturity and attention span and the comfort of those seated around you. We are committed to ensuring a pleasant experience for everyone and as a result, anyone making a disturbance during a performance will be asked to leave.
Babes in Arms
In consideration of the patrons around you and the performers on stage, if your baby is crying please take him or her out of the theater. Babes in arms must also have a ticket—lap tickets are available for children 0-11 months-old for selected performances.
Bags cannot exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″. If a bag exceeds the size limit, you will be asked to return the bag to your vehicle before entry to the venue is permitted. Exceptions can be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection.
Due to fire code restrictions, strollers are not allowed in any venue.
All patrons, regardless of age, are required to have a ticket to attend performances at the Kravis Center.
Unauthorized Ticket Distributors
To avoid overpaying for your Kravis Center tickets, always purchase them from our official website, kravis.org. Outside ticketing companies and ticket brokers often appear to be trustworthy, but they are not affiliated with the Kravis Center. As a result, tickets purchased through these unauthorized ticket distributors are often double or triple the cost. We cannot provide customer service notifications or refunds for tickets purchased from unauthorized sites, unauthorized ticket distributors or brokers. View page for more information.
Pursuant to Section 817.36, Florida Statutes, tickets purchased from the Site may not be resold for more than $1.00 over the original admission price. We may provide law enforcement with information you provide to us related to any transaction conducted with you to assist in any investigation or prosecution of you.
