The young professionals gathered for an evening of Hamilton, community and networking
(West Palm Beach, Fla.) – On April 16, Young Professionals of the Kravis Center mingled over cocktails and trivia games at the Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts. Over 30 Young Professionals and guests enjoyed a pre-performance reception in Dreyfoos Hall before watching the Broadway musical sensation, Hamilton.
Dr. Robert Watson, historian, professor and political commentator was in attendance and presented a quick game of Hamilton trivia. “The Broadway show, Hamilton, is actually 90% accurate for historical events,” said Dr. Watson. “This is surprising to some, but it is a reliable source of information for this prolific time in history. I am proud to be in attendance tonight to support the Kravis Center and what it represents in the community.”
The Young Professionals of the Kravis Center support the mission of the Kravis Center. The Young Professionals Executive Committee hosts several events throughout the season. This year, the group enjoyed networking events, performances, and quarterly lunch meetings. The Young Professionals program continues to draw those who seek to enhance their local engagement with meaningful experiences through the arts. This summer the Young Professionals will be supporting “The Infinite” as ambassadors for this innovative experience opening June 4.
Membership for Young Professionals of the Kravis Center starts at $125 annually. For more information, please contact Ali Rehm at 561.651.4297, email rehm@kravis.org or visit kravis.org/youngfriends.
