What’s a maid (and soon-to-be bride) to do to stop the unwanted advances of her employer, Count Almaviva? She teams up with his wife to teach him a lesson in fidelity and forgiveness. Hijinks and mayhem ensue as they plot to catch the Count with his proverbial “hand in the cookie jar.” Misunderstandings and mistaken identities follow, but in the end, true love and happiness prevail.
