Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager – FT – On-site

The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts is seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager to oversee digital marketing efforts with a focus on optimizing ticket sales and audience engagement. The ideal candidate will manage email marketing campaigns using P2 software, analyze traffic data using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and provide strategic insights to enhance performance. Experience with Tessitura is helpful, and knowledge of WordPress is a plus but not required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

E-Commerce Strategy and Analysis:

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce technologies and analytics.
  • In collaboration with the Director of Marketing, develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with the organization’s overall goals and mission.
  • Identify and prioritize e-commerce opportunities that align with the unique aspects of the performing arts industry.
  • Generate insights to inform decision-making and adjust strategies accordingly.

 

Email Campaign Management:

  • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns using P2 software to promote events, drive ticket sales, and enhance audience engagement.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and overall effectiveness.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing and segmentation to maximize impact.

 

Business Intelligence & Analytics:

  • Provide in-depth business intelligence and analysis to optimize ticket sales and revenue generation.
  • Develop and present regular reports with actionable insights to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Use data-driven techniques to identify patterns in customer behavior and recommend targeted strategies to improve sales performance.

 

GA4 Traffic Analysis & Reporting:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic and audience behavior using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Generate reports to track the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, including conversion rates, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Use insights from GA4 to refine digital strategies and enhance user experience.

 

Collaboration with Other Teams:

  • Work closely with the marketing, ticketing, and development teams to align digital marketing efforts with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate on promotional efforts and ensure seamless integration of digital campaigns across channels.

 

Other Duties:

  • WordPress and website knowledge is essential, as you will work with the web team on content updates and management.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, particularly those relevant to the performing arts sector.
  • Knowledge of Tessitura CRM is a plus, providing the ability to work with ticketing and donor data for more targeted campaigns.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly email campaign management and data analysis.
  • IAB certification or equivalent
  • Proficiency with P2 software or similar email marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to generate actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of Tessitura or similar CRM systems preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress is useful but not required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across teams.
  • Passion for the performing arts is a plus.

 

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of related experience, preferably within the performing arts or entertainment industry, with demonstrated, collaborative managerial skills.
