Box Office Information 

All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. All babies in arms must have a ticket. (Lap tickets are available for children 12 months and younger for selected performances.) There is a $6.00 processing fee for all web orders. For phone orders there is a $6.00 fee plus 3% of total purchase. There is no processing fee for tickets purchased at the box office window. Please bring photo ID and credit card used when picking up tickets at  WILL CALL. If another party is picking up the tickets you have purchased please provide your authorization in writing to the Kravis Center Box Office. 

Credit cards accepted: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

In the interest of preserving affordable ticket prices for all patrons, KRAVIS CENTER FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties.

The box office is located at the western entrance to the building, 701 Okeechobee Boulevard,
West Palm Beach.

Summer box office hours:
Monday - Friday 10 am to 5 pm. Box office hours are extended until curtain time for evening performances. Closed Saturday and Sunday (if there is a scheduled performance, the box office will open two hours prior to curtain). For your convenience, a box office window will remain open during intermission for advance purchase of tickets to future performances or for payment of valet service, minimizing wait time after a performance.

After October 14:
Monday through Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm. Box office hours are extended until curtain time for evening performances. Closed Sunday. If there is a Sunday performance the Box office will open two hours prior to curtain. For your convenience, a box office window will remain open during intermission for advance purchase of tickets to future performances or for payment of valet service, minimizing wait time after a performance.

To ensure optimum enjoyment for all patrons, we strongly recommend that children under the age of 5 not attend shows other than those in our Family Fare Series and those designated as toddler friendly.

Additionally, even for children over the age of 5, many shows would not be enjoyable or suitable. Some shows contain mature content, language or themes. Parents are best qualified to determine what is appropriate for their children. To help you make an informed decision, we encourage you to seek additional information. We do urge that parents consider their children's interests, maturity and attention span, and also the rights of people seated around them. We want the theater to be a good experience for everyone. Please note that anyone making a disturbance during a show will be asked to leave.
